| Packaging:
Purchased works will be packaged carefully and sent from Hanoi by air or sea way to any destination in the world.
Painting on canvas, on paper, on silk will be removed from the frame and rolled up carefully with soft paper, nylon cloth then placed in a strong plastic tube.
Lacquer is always done on wood so it will be wrapped with soft paper, 2 thick layers of sponge by two sides then covered by a wood box.
Insurance and mailing:
All works will be insured before shipping. In case of damage or lost, the amount paid to CEAE will be paid back to the purchaser.
In Vietnam, you can select DHL, FedEx, UPS, Airborns as your partner in shipping your works. The shipping cost depends on weight of the works after wrapping, the country destination and on price of each shipping company. Please mail to CEAE to know how much you would pay for.
